Job summary

Prime Controls, a Dallas-based automation contractor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate on a temp-to-perm track. You will receive, stage, and kit components, support production and field teams, and help maintain accurate inventory using warehouse systems. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Warehouse Associate Temp-to-perm, conversion potential at 90 days

Our warehouse is the heartbeat of production — nothing gets built without the right materials in the right place at the right time. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll receive, stage, and kit the components our production and field teams depend on, keeping inventory accurate and jobs on schedule. And because Prime is employee-owned, the work you do here is work you have a stake in.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials.
• Pick, kit, and stage components for production and field jobs.
• Maintain accurate inventory using scanners and warehouse systems.
• Load and unload shipments and operate material-handling equipment (forklift).

What you bring

• Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience (a plus).
• Forklift experience or a willingness to become certified.
• Able to lift up to ~50 lbs and stay active on your feet.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
