Our team embraces a high-performance culture that drives results and community impact. Capstone seeks a high-energy Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift (7:00pm until finished, Sunday-Thursday).

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods as assigned.
• Select items and prepare orders for shipment.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize and keep area clean.
• Perform housekeeping and other duties as directed by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
