Job summary

Capstone-Logistics,-LL in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift (3:00 PM start, Monday–Friday) to support high‑performance distribution operations, including loading, unloading, picking, packing, and palletizing. You must be physically able to lift 25–75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior warehouse experience is preferred but on‑the‑job training is provided, with opportunities for career growth within Capstone's nationwide network.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
