Job summary

Capstone is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Moreno Valley, CA, on the 3rd Shift (Mon-Fri). The role involves loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and other site duties. You may work 8–10 hours daily with overtime after 40 hours.

This position requires a high-energy, hardworking candidate who can lift 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training is available.

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading/unloading, picking, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
