Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving incoming inventory, maintaining an organized warehouse, and completing local deliveries as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Pulling & Shipping:

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
• Package materials securely and label according to shipping requirements.
• Load and unload shipments using proper equipment and techniques.
• Coordinate with the office team on shipping documentation and scheduling.
  
  

Receiving:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify packing lists and enter received inventory into the system.
• Stock materials in designated locations and maintain organization.
  
  

Local Deliveries:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver orders to local customers.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures upon receipt.
• Maintain delivery logs and report any issues to the warehouse manager.
  
  

General Warehouse Duties:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications:
