Parts Clerk

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused and highly driven Parts Clerk. This position will purchase, sell, store, and issue parts while serving internal, wholesale, and retail clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Determine needs and specify parts accurately
• Create and modify purchase orders and issue to appropriate vendors to order parts
• Record warranty parts that are returned
• Create special ordered parts on dealership computer system and notify technicians or clients upon receipt
• Review special order parts tracking
• Process and close open invoices
• Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
• Keep records of outside purchases, parts received, and issued
• Perform ongoing inventories in warehouse
• Perform clerical and data entry responsibilities

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED; or one year dealership experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
