Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. You will handle picking, receiving, and shipping duties while ensuring accurate inventory records and compliance with safety standards.

This role supports efficient order fulfillment and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain clean work areas, and coordinate with carriers for outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment or distribution center.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick inventory for sales orders.
• Perform warehouse inventory controls and audits.
• Receive, check paperwork against deliveries, and process shipments.
• Verify items for outbound shipments against Sales Orders and Pack Slips.
• Prepare daily outbound shipments.
• Schedule LTL shipments with freight carriers.
• Maintain clean and organized inventory and warehouse.
• Provide ad hoc support to fulfillment as needed.

PDC is powered by Brady—a global provider of interconnected identification solutions at scale. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking Inventory for sales orders
• Perform warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
• Receive, and process incoming shipments appropriately. Verifies paperwork matches against product delivered
• Responsible for final verification of items being shipped outbound, validating Sales Order and Pack Slip match.
• Prepares daily outbound shipments.
• Dangerous Good certified is recommended, but not required.
• Schedule’s LTL shipments with designated freight carriers
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of inventory and warehouse
• Provide support to fulfillment on an as needed basis

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Adequate knowledge of computer databases and systems
• The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
• Good Organizational and time management skills
• Understands the importance of paying attention to detail
