Job summary

Brady Corporation seeks a Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. You will pick inventory for orders, handle inbound/outbound shipments, and keep audit-ready records while supporting fulfillment operations.

Ideal candidates operate forklifts/pallet jacks, manage inventory with basic databases, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. This role is on-site in Salt Lake City and offers comprehensive benefits with Brady.

Responsibilities

• Pick inventory for sales orders.
• Perform warehouse inventory controls and audits to maintain quality.
• Receive and process incoming shipments; verify paperwork.
• Verify SO and pack slip match; final verification before shipping.
• Prepare daily outbound shipments.
• Schedule LTL shipments with designated freight carriers.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of inventory and warehouse.
• Provide support to fulfillment as needed.

Job description

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Picking Inventory for sales orders
• Perform warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
• Receive, and process incoming shipments appropriately. Verifies paperwork matches against product delivered
• Responsible for final verification of items being shipped outbound, validating Sales Order and Pack Slip match.
• Prepares daily outbound shipments.
• Dangerous Good certified is recommended, but not required.
• Schedule’s LTL shipments with designated freight carriers
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of inventory and warehouse
• Provide support to fulfillment on an as needed basis

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Adequate knowledge of computer databases and systems
• The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
• Good Organizational and time management skills
• Understands the importance of paying attention to detail
