Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Battleboro, NC (near Rocky Mount). Shifts run Monday–Friday starting at 5:00 AM until finish. You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, and related duties as directed by site leadership.

The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring lifting 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is provided to the right candidate.

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
