Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fredericksburg, VA. The role involves loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleaning and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Shifts are 1st: 11am-Finish or 2nd: 12pm-Finish, with weekly pay. Must be able to lift 25–75lbs and work in cold conditions; PPE is provided. Capstone emphasizes a high-performance culture and internal growth.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading shipments
• Selecting and palletizing goods
• Auditing, repacking and sorting as needed
• General housekeeping and site cleanup
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
