Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Fredericksburg, VA. The role involves loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, and palletizing to support our high‑performance culture.

Successful candidates are ready for a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Prior warehouse experience helps, but we provide training and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks.
• Work is fast-paced and requires high energy.
• Training is available for candidates with prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, picking, auditing, repacking, sorting, and palletizing as assigned.

Job description

Pay: $500-700 Weekly

Location: Fredericksburg, VA

Shift: 1st Shift 6am Until Finish

Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, material handling varies
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
