Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) in Minnesota is seeking a warehouse team member to pick orders with an RF scanner, box and ship, stock and replenish, and assist with order kitting. You’ll support shipping, receiving, and production to keep inventory accurate and a clean, safe workplace.

We value attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. The role requires basic reading/writing, organization, good communication, and overtime flexibility; prior warehouse or RF scanner experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and reliability with attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred; RF scanner experience preferred.
• Familiarity with 5S/LEAN and Oracle is a plus.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanner to pick customer orders.
• Box and prepare shipments with the Shipping team.
• Assist Receiving with put-away and replenishment; support order kitting.
• Stock from Production and cleanroom and operate VLM to manage orders.
• Operate warehouse vehicles (WAV, Reach Truck, pallet jacks).
• Navigate ERP and maintain inventory accuracy; participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S.
• Maintain records and keep a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick customer orders.
• Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments as needed.
• Work with the receiving team to put away and replenish product and help with Order Kitting as needed.
• Stock and put away products from the Production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate Vertical Life module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.
• Operate various warehouse industrial vehicles such as Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.
• Ability to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

• Reading and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Must maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Previous warehouse-related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Prior experience using Oracle preferred.
• Prior Radio Frequency (RF) Scanner experience preferred.
• Experience operating a warehouse industrial vehicles preferred.
