Job summary

CPC is seeking a warehouse associate in Minnesota to drive a box truck across the Twin Cities area and support inventory controls within our ERP system. You will maintain accurate records, follow procedures, and help keep the workspace clean and safe while supporting order kitting and receiving as needed.

The role requires travel across Minnesota and Wisconsin; a Class B or higher license and forklift experience are preferred for career growth within CPC's logistics team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies.
• This role may require 100% travel domestically (Minnesota & Wisconsin). Candidates should be comfortable with travel as needed to support business objectives.

Pay Range:

$20.00 - $24.00/ hour

This range is the pay scale for this role in Minnesota. Individual compensation is based on skills, experience, and qualifications related to this position.
