CPC in Minnesota seeks a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, stocking, and ERP-driven inventory control. The role collaborates with Shipping, Receiving, and Production, using RF scanners and various warehouse vehicles to keep inventory accurate and orders moving efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime when needed. Knowledge of 5S/LEAN and proficiency with Microsoft Office are pluses.

• Prior Radio Frequency (RF) Scanner experience preferred.
• Experience operating a warehouse industrial vehicles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Use RF scanner to pick customer orders.
• Work with Shipping team to box and prepare shipments as needed.
• Work with Receiving team to put away and replenish product and help with Order Kitting as needed.
• Stock and put away products from Production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate Vertical Life module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.
• Operate various warehouse industrial vehicles such as WAV, Reach Truck, Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.
• Navigate ERP system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
