Richards Building Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Rockford, IL location.

Our Warehouse team members are responsible for receiving materials in the warehouse, loading trucks, and processing inventory. This position may also require making occasional deliveries in our company pickup truck.

Requirements

• Must be able to continually lift 50–100 lbs. of material throughout the day; some lifting over 100 lbs. will be required.
• Load trucks with material scheduled for the day’s deliveries, ensuring compliance with securing and distributing weight limits according to DOT regulations.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Double‑check all loads for accuracy and ensure they are thoroughly secured for delivery.
• Provide warehouse support including shipping and receiving.
• Pull orders for walk‑in customers.
• Must have a clean driving record.
