Job summary

Brightstar Lottery seeks a Warehouse Associate to support the secure distribution of instant tickets at its Richmond, Virginia site. You will ensure orders, serialized inventory, and shipping records are accurate, performing hands-on warehouse tasks in a fast-paced, regulated environment where precision, safety, and integrity matter.

You will maintain chain-of-custody records, verify documentation, and operate forklifts as needed while adhering to quality controls and security requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or general production experience.
  • Forklift experience with current certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and licensing for handling accountable lottery products.
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing serial numbers, quantities, shipping records, and inventory documentation.
  • Basic computer and math skills for data entry, counting, verification, and reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, dependability, and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack instant ticket orders, verifying games, serial numbers, quantities, and documentation before release.
  • Maintain chain-of-custody records for controlled ticket inventory from receipt through shipment.
  • Inspect ticket packs, shipping cartons, and incoming deliveries for damage, tampering, seal integrity, and quantity accuracy.
  • Reconcile inventory counts, research variances, and escalate where needed.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move products safely throughout the facility.
  • Process material movements, shipping documentation, and inventory transactions accurately in warehouse systems.
  • Organize stock, replenish work areas, and keep the warehouse clean, secure, and audit-ready.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support Brightstar Lottery's secure distribution of instant tickets by ensuring orders, serialized inventory, and shipping records are accurate and fully accounted for. You will perform hands-on warehouse activities in a fast-paced, regulated environment where precision, safety, and integrity are essential. This role will be located onsite in Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack instant ticket orders, verifying games, serial numbers, quantities, and documentation before release.

What You'll Bring

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for most of the workday.

Bend, reach at or above shoulder height, and maintain sufficient manual dexterity.

Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Move continuously throughout warehouse and distribution areas during the shift.

Success Profile

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,49. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibilityrequirements.
