Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Renton, WA team. You will support inventory control, receive, stock and prepare shipments for clients and sites, helping ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

This role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with potential overtime on weekends or additional hours. A forklift experience and basic computer skills are helpful, but no experience is required.

Qualifications

• No Experience or Education Required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse and/or picking/packing experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for supplies via computer and phone.
• Load and unload supplies and verify packing slips.
• Receive and process stock into inventory system.
• Process client orders via phone, fax, or email.
• Print requisition forms and barcode labels.
• Pack orders for shipment using various carriers.
• Maintain inventory control and perform cycle counts.
• Deliver supplies to local branches and sites when needed.

LabCorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at 1037 Thomas Ave SW, Renton, WA 98057.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, additional hours and weekends when needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Place orders for supplies from vendors via computer and telephone
• Load and unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips
• Receive and process stock into inventory management system
• Process orders from client offices and patient service centers via phone, fax and email
• Print requisition forms and barcode labels for internal and external clients
• Pack orders for shipment via various shipping methods such as Fed Ex & UPS
• Resolve all customer concerns efficiently and timely
• Maintain inventory control according to company standards
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory
• Deliver supplies to local branches, clients and patient service centers when needed

Minimum Qualifications

• No Experience or Education Required

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of previous warehouse, logistics experience

Additional Job Standards

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or picking and packing orders is preferred
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as a forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jack a plus
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record may be required

Pay Range

$17.75 to $30.00 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
