The Warehouse Associate is responsible for general warehouse tasks, including receiving, auditing, and handling of merchandise and materials. The role may involve operating forklifts and performing functions such as picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Responsibilities include:

1. Pulling, auditing, and organizing products to fulfill production and customer orders.
2. Putting away products into stock from production or purchase orders.
3. Transacting orders, materials, and stock movements.
4. Training and assisting others with process-related material handling.
5. Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Moderate knowledge of warehouse operations.
2. Competent in using shipping systems like UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
3. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, riders, or forklifts.
4. Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, and warehouse management systems.
5. Good oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to execute complex tasks per established procedures.
7. Cross-trained and competent in various warehouse tasks.
8. Ability to monitor and track tasks in a dynamic environment.
9. Proactive in recognizing delays or issues and referring them for resolution.
10. Ability to assist and train others.
11. High School diploma or GED required.
12. 2-5 years of related experience preferred.
13. Previous forklift certification preferred.
