Warehouse Associate I Shipping (3rd shift 12:30pm - 9pm)

Position Overview

Arrow Electronics is seeking energetic individuals to work in a fast-paced electronics distribution center. The Warehouse Associate handles electronic component customer orders in the Primary Distribution Center, performing physical and administrative tasks to support quality, efficiency, and service goals.

Shift & Compensation

Shift: 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime and occasional Saturdays.
Hourly Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift Differential: +$2.50 for hours worked between 6 PM - 6 AM.

Responsibilities

• Support all departments including receiving, picking, and shipping.
• Receive, sort, package, ship, and dismantle inventory as per procedures.
• Move inventory to staging areas, verify counts, label products, and prepare pallets.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain system transactions and paperwork.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant experience.
• Ability to operate computers and identify basic computer devices.
• Strong attention to detail, good reading/writing skills in English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and work with equipment safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
