Warehouse Associate (Picking 12:00AM-8:30AM)

Position Overview

Arrow Electronics is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to work in a fast-paced computer & electronics repair warehouse. The role involves various warehouse functions such as sorting products, picking inventory, packaging, shipping, receiving, and recycling.

Shift and Compensation

Shift: 12:00AM-8:30AM, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Hourly Rate: $19.00/hour

Shift Differential: +$2.50 for hours between 6PM-6AM

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, package, ship, and disassemble inventory as per procedures.
• Move inventory to staging areas, verify counts, label products.
• Load/unload products, consolidate pallets for shipment.
• Use material handling equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of work, maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to identify computer devices.
• Attention to detail, good communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility for overtime.
