Job summary

ForestSource in Reno, NV is hiring a Warehouse Associate to unload shipments, inspect for damage, and enter receiving data into the company database. The role prepares stock for inventory, returns damaged items, and monitors levels. We provide paid on-the-job training and a pathway for growth.

Location is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00am–3:30pm. Pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour; valid driver’s license may be required in some locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic math and organization skills.
• Inventory management experience.
• Ability to work on feet for an entire shift.
• Understanding of safety protocols and requirements.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience shipping, receiving, or working in a warehouse is a plus.
• Experience working with woodworking machines (saw, router, drill press) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory.
• Load product into trucks.
• Sort and organize products.
• Inspects inventory for conformance to company standards.
• Operate a forklift to help move and store inventory.
• Stage products.
• Inventory control and management.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job description

Our Warehouse Associates unload and unpack shipments of custom cabinetry products and hardware, inspect for damage and correct quantities, report damages or shortages, and enter receiving data into our company database. This position will also prepare and organize received stock for inventory, return damaged products to senders, and monitor inventory levels. We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude!

Job Highlight:

We're located on 8995 Terabyte Dr. Suite H. Reno, NV. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7am-3:30pm with flexibility needed. The pay rate for this position is $19-$22/hr For some locations, a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record is required.
