Job summary

California Closets is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Inglewood, CA to unload, receive, and organize shipments of cabinetry and hardware. Responsibilities include inventory control, loading trucks, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Basic math and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Prior inventory management experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of safety procedures is required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience with shipping/receiving or warehouse work is beneficial.
• Experience with woodworking machines (saw, router, drill press) is a plus.

Job description

Our Warehouse Associates unload and unpack shipments of custom cabinetry products and hardware, inspect for damage and correct quantities, report damages or shortages, and enter receiving data into our company database. This position will also prepare and organize received stock for inventory, return damaged products to senders, and monitor inventory levels. We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude!

Job Highlight

We're located at 709 Hindry Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301, USA. The schedule for this position is Mon - Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm with flexibility needed. The pay rate for this position is $20-$23/ hour. For some locations, a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record is required.
