Job summary

Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc., in Raleigh, NC, is hiring a Warehouse Associate. The role involves loading/unloading trucks, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Candidates should have warehouse experience and a valid driver’s license; part-time or full-time options are available. The position requires lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders, and using company software and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and climb ladders with loads.
• One (1+) year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Must be willing to obtain a Class E license to drive company box trucks.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage.
• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored.
• Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up.
• Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information.
• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for lifts, drills, saws, etc…).
• Light fabricating.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe working environment while loading and unloading delivery trucks, stocking inventory and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts. We would be looking for either part-time or full-time employment.

What You'll Do
