Salary Range: Based on experience

Job Summary: As RYSE’s Warehouse Associate, you will support operations by performing tasks such as receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory records and adhering to best practices for efficient warehouse operation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling items
• Perform inventory management tasks such as counting, recording, and storing products
• Assist with other duties as assigned by warehouse management
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors

Education and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• Able to lift and move objects up to 55 lbs. or more without assistance
• Able to perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, stooping, and climbing
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures

Standout Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management software
• Certifications related to safety, equipment operation, or warehouse management
• Strong attention to detail
