Salary Range: Based on experience

Job Summary: As RYSE’s Warehouse Associate, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s operations by performing various tasks including but not limited to receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse while ensuring accurate inventory records and adhering to company best practices for efficient warehouse operation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and package orders for shipment including picking, packing, and labeling items

Perform various inventory management tasks such as counting, recording, and storing product goods

Assist with other duties as assigned by warehouse management

Maintain a clean, organized work area

Communicate effectively and harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors

Education and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED)

Able to lift and move objects up to 55 lbs. or greater without equipment assistance

Able to bend, stretch, stoop, climb, and perform other physical acts associated with the role

Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures

Standout Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management software

Certifications in safety related to equipment operation or warehouse management

Strong attention to detail
