Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Pittsburgh, PA. You will perform loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting and palletizing to support daily operations.

We offer weekly pay and benefits after 60 days. This role provides career growth with internal promotions, training, safety incentives, and a chance to join our travel team to see multiple sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, physical work environment.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods and palletize items as needed.
• Select and audit inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Sort, repack and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Pay: $500-$950+/weekly

12:00AM (midnight) until Finished | 7:00AM until Finished | 2:30PM until Finished

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
