Job summary

Capstone is hiring in Manchester, PA for a 3rd shift Warehouse Associate. The role involves loading and unloading shipments, often by hand or with equipment, and being paid by the truck.

Earn weekly with production-based pay. Benefits after 60 days, paid training, and opportunities to join a travel team across 650+ sites are offered. The shift runs 11:30 pm to finish, Monday through Friday, with a fast-paced, physical environment.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; physical and fast-paced environment.
• Prior warehouse/equipment experience preferred but training is provided.
• Must be 18+ and pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments by hand and with equipment.
• Operate or work around warehouse equipment as needed.
• Earn based on production; the harder you work, the more you can earn.
• Participate in safety and training programs.

Potential to Earn $1,200 a Week

3rd Shift

• 11:30 pm - Finish
• Monday - Friday

Our Warehouse Associates load and unload both by hand and with equipment. Associates are paid by the truck. The harder you work, the more you earn!

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
