Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking Warehouse Associates to perform a variety of duties including loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing and housekeeping. This fast-paced role requires a high-energy, physically capable candidate and offers weekly pay, with benefits after 60 days and opportunities to travel to other sites.

The schedule is Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, with the potential to switch to a 3am-11:30am shift later.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks.
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select and palletize items as directed.
• Audit, repack, sort, and perform related warehouse duties.
• Maintain clean workstation and comply with safety procedures.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
