Job summary

Hire Up Staffing Services is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for our client’s team in Phoenix, AZ. This position runs Monday–Friday from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, filling orders (wire cutting, pipe orders), operating forklifts and RF scanners, and handling shipping/receiving.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience operating order pickers and sit-down forklifts is preferred.
• Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Fill orders, including wire cutting and pipe order filling.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Use handheld RF scanners and warehouse operating systems.
• Handle shipping and receiving; load and unload freight and delivery trucks.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safety-first mindset.
