Job summary

Hire Up Staffing Services is seeking a dependable Cherry Picker Operator to join a busy Texas warehouse team. You will need experience operating a cherry picker or reach truck, with a focus on accuracy and safety while meeting daily productivity goals.

Responsibilities include picking 200+ orders daily, using RF scanners, labeling shipments, and preparing pallets for transport. Candidates must lift up to 65 lbs and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of cherry picker or reach truck experience.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick a minimum of 200 orders per day.
• Operate a cherry picker forklift safely to place and remove items from shelves.
• Access elevated inventory with a cherry picker work platform and assist with inventory checks.
• Use an RF scanner to pick and track products.
• Package and label items for shipment.
• Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Track shipments and relocations within the warehouse.
• Follow all warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
• Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 65 lbs.
• Meet daily productivity expectations.
