Job summary

MSH in Phoenix seeks a reliable Driver/Warehouse Associate to serve as the vital link between the warehouse and customers. You will load and unload daily, deliver freight to customer sites, receive and stock merchandise, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of driving a 22'+ truck, strong multi-tasking, and clear communication. A high school diploma or GED, willingness to learn, and ability to pass drug and background

Qualifications

• At least 24 months of current, verifiable experience driving a 22'+ box truck or stake bed truck.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet daily deadlines.
• Familiarity with LTL and full truckload logistics.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products daily, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
• Deliver and transport freight and materials to customer locations.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
• Verify received items against orders to ensure accuracy.
• Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Collect signed invoices and return them to the appropriate manager.
• Complete daily maintenance checklists for trucks and forklifts, and log in/out times.
• Support physical inventory counts and general inventory control.
• Interpret work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine what needs to be moved or shipped.
• Deliver excellent service to external customers.
• Keep the warehouse and grounds clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
