Summary of Position

This role involves the efficient coordination of all incoming customer property, return to stock, quality inspections, rentals, shipping, and requires strong computer and communication skills. The position supports workload and department supervisors, ensuring items are received, stored, and distributed efficiently and organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor in maintaining a clean and organized department area, accurately stocked, and prioritize daily and weekly tasks (US01 & US03) - 30%
• Maintain records, extract data, and ensure virtual logs match physical inventory - 20%
• Perform QC functions to check for visual damage and ensure timely picking and shipping of critical components - 15%
• Handle spare parts, locate critical components, and intercept incoming shipments - 15%
• Train, develop, and assist co-workers - 15%
• Adopt leadership role when supervisor is absent or delegated - 5%

Qualifications for the Position:

• High school diploma or Associate's Degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• 1 to 3 years of operations experience (production, scheduling, warehouse, materials management, production control)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; SAP experience
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, leadership, and presentation skills
