Job description

The Role :

The Warehouse Associate follows management’s assignments for delivering food, beverages, and other products throughout the venue in a timely manner. They deliver stock to all concessions stands, portables, and commissaries. The role requires flexibility in rotating assignments and helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

1. Report directly to a Warehouse Supervisor.
2. Assist in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries.
3. Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and receiving areas throughout the venue.
4. Restock stands with food and beverage products efficiently according to transfer dockets provided by management.
5. Inspect stands for deficiencies and report any concerns to management.
6. Assist with moving equipment as required for events throughout the venue.
7. Perform general housekeeping and cleaning around all concessions and warehouse areas.
8. Show flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Ability to work all venue events with a flexible schedule, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance per company and venue standards.
• Sufficient mobility to perform tasks such as standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette is preferred.
• Ability to listen effectively and follow management’s directions.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Licenses & Certifications:

Required – RAMP certification (can be provided upon hiring if necessary).

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, complete safety training, and any additional job-specific safety training.
