Job summary

The Honickman Companies in Pennsauken, NJ, is seeking passionate, self-motivated warehouse team players for a seasonal role with start in early April 2026 and end in late September 2026. The team supports beverage distribution for Pepsi, Canada Dry, and brands like Sunkist and Snapple.

Responsibilities include picking cases, loading pallets, delivering orders, operating pallet jack, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining safe warehouse practices.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of high school diploma or GED and 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent.
• Experience utilizing a pallet jack required.
• Experience utilizing various warehouse equipment including forklift and shrink wrap machinery.

Responsibilities

• Picks up the required cases of product and loads them onto pallets.
• Delivers completed orders to the appropriate loading area.
• Reviews orders specifications to load to ensure case count is accurate.
• Loads and unloads trucks & trailers.
• Moves product, shells and pallets throughout the warehouse.
• General warehousing duties including pallets, shells, dock loading/unloading, and general cleaning.
• Maintain and handle large moving pieces of equipment safely; certification may be required.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Warehouse in Pennsauken, NJ is looking for passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team players who are committed to the success of our business as well as our customers. This is a seasonal position targeting a start date in early April 2026 and an end date in late September 2026.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

• Picks up the required cases of product and loads them onto pallets.
• Delivers completed order(s) to the appropriate loading area.
• Reviews orders specifications to load to ensure case count is accurate.
• Loads and unloads trucks & trailers.
• Moves product, shells and pallets throughout the warehouse.
• General warehousing includes, but is not limited to, pallets, shells, dock loading, dock unloading, general warehousing, production forklift, truck stripping, replenishing, general utility responsibilities, picking product, recycling, repack and general cleaning.
• Maintain and handle large moving pieces of equipment in an efficient and safe manner. Company certification of qualification to operate must be achieved/received.
• Cleans loading area by disposing of trash in designated receptacle(s).
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

• Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D certification and 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent job duties.
• Experience utilizing a pallet jack required.
• Experience utilizing various warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to, forklift, shrink wrap machinery.
