Job summary

You’ll work a 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, on a 3–4 month contract with potential for permanency. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior stockroom experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to read and interpret work orders and basic documents.
• Willingness to learn new inventory software and processes.
• Team player with good communication in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift and move parts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Locate & handle parts using routers and inventory systems.
• Pull & count parts from stockroom with accuracy.
• Maintain organized, accurate stock records and levels.
• Issue materials to internal teams and track movements.
• Learn and use computer systems to track inventory.
• Keep stockroom neat, safe, and compliant.
• Double-check part numbers and conditions before issuing.

As a Stock Room Attendant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that the right parts are accurately located, pulled, and issued. • Locate & Handle Parts: Using routers and inventory systems, find parts quickly and efficiently ensuring they meet our strict standards for quality and precision.
• Pull & Count Parts: Accurately pull the required parts from the stockroom, double-checking quantities and ensuring that everything is in top condition.
• Inventory Management: Keep our stockroom organized and ensure inventory levels are consistently updated so we never miss a beat.
• Material Issuance: Issue materials to internal teams, always keeping track of movements and maintaining accurate records.
• Adapt to Technology: Learn the basics of our computer systems to track inventory, issue parts, and stay organized. You’ll be supported as you grow and get comfortable with the tech side.
• Maintain Stockroom Order: Ensure the stockroom is neat, well-organized, and safe, so parts are always easy to find, and operations run smoothly.
• Accuracy is Key: Double-check all items for part numbers, quantities, and conditions before issuing them—ensuring no mistakes make their way out of the door.

What We’re Looking For:
