Job summary

HYTORC Middle East FZE is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for outbound shipments, inventory management, and SAP-driven processes. You will handle picking, packing, and shipping, update SAP transactions, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires basic Microsoft Office skills, two years of warehouse/customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must be able to lift 25-75 lbs and work flexible hours in a part office/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior office / warehouse and customer service experience preferred.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have clean and valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Follow Warehouse Management System processes for outbound sales shipments, including processing sales contracts in SAP, picking, packing and shipping.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory levels and communicate errors/issues to supervisor for review.
• Transfer inventory to and from various locations and track inbound and outbound shipments in SAP.
• Maintain warehouse equipment by performing routine checks to ensure safety and good working order.
• Complete tests on tensioning equipment and calibrate manual wrenches, with documentation in Resolv and Hy-Cal.
• Backup for Rental/Demo including outbound and inbound processes in SAP and shipments.
• Assist in answering incoming calls or emails from customers or sales team.
• Greet customers, area managers and territory managers for in-house equipment pick-up, and assist with equipment inquiries.
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes within the organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards for warehouse and office.
• Work with Branch Manager to maintain and institute corporate practices and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Physical Demands/Requirements

• Ability to routinely lift 25-75 lbs.
• Ability to perform work with prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Split between warehouse & office environment.
