American Lumper Services (not a temp agency) is a growing nationwide warehouse management company dedicated to providing steady jobs for hardworking individuals across the United States. We are currently seeking reliable workers in Olathe, KS, to join our small team and perform general warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trucks and sorting products. Candidates should be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. This is a direct hire, full-time position (40 hours per week) with benefits eligibility after 90 days.

Our small team handles unloading trucks, sorting freight, and loading goods for overnight delivery. The work is steady and manageable, with a 40-hour workweek—not 60 or 80 hours.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Shifts include:
• 10am-6:30pm
• 1pm-9:30pm
• 3:30pm-12am
• 11:30pm-7am

Pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, depending on the shift.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail is essential
• Warehouse experience is preferred but training is available
• Reliable transportation or the ability to use public transit
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely and consistently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to perform duties outside normal tasks as needed
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check
