Job Description

Position: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Type: Full-Time

Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage: $21.50 - $27.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift and Schedule Options

• Schedule A1: Wed-Sun, off Mon-Tue. Pay increases annually up to $30.00.
• Schedule A2: Fri-Tue, off Wed-Thu. Pay increases annually up to $30.00.
• Schedule B: Rotating schedule working weekends, with pay up to $27.00 yearly.
• Schedule C: Every other weekend, with pay up to $25.50 yearly.
• Schedule D: Mon-Fri, off weekends, with pay up to $24.00 yearly.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Inspect products and report safety, quality, or sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and independently within delegated areas.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic math.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered equipment safely.
