Job description

Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Assistant in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma .

As a Warehouse Assistant you will :

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips.
  • Reject and document damaged goods, forwarding issues to Purchasing.
  • Accurately sort, label, and put away inventory in designated stock areas.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders based on picking tickets.
  • Log and process non-conforming products and verify returned goods.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Operate forklift and maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace.
  • Use computer systems such as P21, Clippership, and World Ship for inventory and shipping tasks.
  • Perform all work in compliance with ISO processes and procedures.

This is a full-time Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience (2 years preferred).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory and shipping software.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in basic math.
  • Ability to lift / move up to 75 lbs and stand / walk throughout the shift.
  • Punctuality, urgency, and strong attention to safety standards.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 1st shift (8 : 00?am – 4 : 30?pm)

Pay Rate : $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
