Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Oakwood, GA. This is a fast-paced, high-physical-demand role with a 4AM start time from Monday to Friday. You will perform loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Capstone offers weekly pay ranging from $680 to $1000+ and training. Benefits begin after 60 days, with career growth and internal promotion opportunities; travel team options and safety incentives are

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select items, and perform freight hauling.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize, and clean up as needed; follow site leadership directions.
