Job summary

Capstone is seeking a highly energetic Warehouse Associate to join our Novi, MI site. The role involves fast-paced material handling, loading, unloading, selecting, and general warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership.

You will lift 25-75 lbs, have the opportunity to travel with our team, and receive paid training; benefits begin after 60 days. Capstone emphasizes a high-performance culture and internal promotion.

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; role is fast-paced and physically demanding.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
