Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Detroit, MI for the first shift. You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks and support our high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs; fast-paced and physical.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products, select orders as needed.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize and cleanup under supervision.
• Collaborate with site leadership to meet daily targets.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
