Job summary

MIDSCI in Northern Kentucky is seeking a full-time Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. You will handle order picking, packing, receiving, labeling and stocking, using handheld devices and barcode systems while coordinating with major carriers.

We offer a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30am-4:00pm, with a benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, paid vacation and holidays. Prior experience is welcome though not required; forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate handheld devices for picking, packing, receiving, labeling and stocking.

MIDSCI is currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Shipping and Receiving Associate. While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, we welcome applicants of all experience levels who are eager to learn and contribute.

This role includes working with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and regional logistics providers. Using handheld devices, lifting, picking and packing orders, receiving products, labeling and stocking, routine maintenance and occasional inventory.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 50lbs. and be willing to be forklift certified. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn all aspects of the warehouse operations. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions accurately, and capable of working both independently and as a team. Adherence to company policies and a positive proactive attitude are required. Experience with barcoding systems and hand-held scanning devices is a plus. Possessing a class E drivers license would be a plus (back-up driver), but it is not required.
