Job&Talent invites applications for a Pick/Pack role at our North Aurora, IL site. You will locate, pick, inspect, and pack merchandise to ensure orders ship fast and accurately. Use RF scanners or voice-pick to fulfill orders, inspect items for damage, and apply labels for shipment.

Shifts run Tue-Sat 4 PM–12:30 AM or Sun–Thu 4 PM–12:30 AM. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40-50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems.
• Inspect merchandise for damage and pack items securely for shipment.
• Apply accurate shipping labels and seal packages.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets according to specifications.

Pick/Pack - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading warehouse and distribution center in North Aurora, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, picking, inspecting, and packing goods accurately to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly and correctly.
Shift patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday: 4 PM to 12:30 AM
• Sunday to Thursday: 4 PM to 12:30 AM

Pay rates

• 20.00 - 21.00 USD hourly
