Job summary

Jobandtalent is hiring a Weekend Picker / Packer in North Aurora to support a leading logistics fulfillment platform. You will select, pack, and prepare customer orders for fast, accurate delivery in a modern warehouse.

Shift patterns run Thursday to Monday or Friday to Monday with evening hours. Pay rate is $20.00–$21.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse software.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Dependable transportation to the North Aurora facility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate warehouse aisles to retrieve items using handheld RF scanners or voice-to-pick systems.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, scan barcodes, and verify quantities for accuracy.
• Print and apply shipping labels, seal packages, and stage items or build pallets.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems to update real-time stock statuses and log picks.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety protocols.

Weekend Picker / Packer - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Weekend Picker / Packer to work with a leading third-party logistics fulfillment platform in North Aurora. In this role, you will play a critical part in e-commerce fulfillment by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for fast, accurate delivery. This position is ideal for individuals seeking steady weekend work in a modern, tech-enabled warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns

• Thursday to Monday 4 PM to 12:30 AM
• Friday to Monday 2 PM to 12:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 20.00 - 21.00 USD hourly

Must-Have Requirements for Weekend Picker / Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift
• Dependable transportation to and from the North Aurora facility
• Ability to quickly learn and operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse software applications
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Role for Weekend Picker / Packer

• Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to retrieve correct items using handheld RF scanners or voice-to-pick systems
• Inspect merchandise for damage, scan product barcodes, and verify item quantities for 100% order accuracy
• Print and apply shipping labels, seal packages securely, and stage items or build pallets for carrier pickup
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to update real-time stock statuses and log completed picks
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere strictly to safety protocols
