Job&Talent is hiring a Weekend Picker/ Packer in North Aurora to support a leading e-commerce fulfillment platform. The role centers on accurate selection, packing, and preparation of customer orders in a modern, tech-enabled warehouse environment.

Shifts run Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM with hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00. Employment offers direct weekly pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities for permanent conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Navigate warehouse aisles to retrieve items using RF scanners or voice-to-pick systems.
• Inspect merchandise for damage and verify item quantities for order accuracy.
• Print and apply shipping labels and seal packages securely.
• Update real-time stock statuses using Warehouse Management Systems.
• Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to safety protocols.

This role is essential for e-commerce operations, focusing on the accurate selection, packing, and preparation of customer orders in a modern, tech-enabled warehouse environment.
Shift Patterns

• Saturday and Sunday 04:00 PM to 02:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 20.00 - 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Weekend Picker / Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to the North Aurora facility
• Ability to learn and operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse software
