Job summary

Hapn is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, inventory management, equipment processing, and special projects. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping orders, maintaining manifests, managing Amazon FBA shipments, and using Acumatica to track inventory.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic equipment testing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new systems quickly.
• Basic computer skills; experience troubleshooting hardware is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; heavier items moved with assistance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Assist with receiving, sorting, staging, counting, and organizing inventory.
• Test electronic equipment, perform basic repairs, and wipe storage devices.
• Assist with pallet movement, shrink-wrapping, repackaging, and other warehouse projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
