Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, physically demanding role. You will perform essential warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, and sorting to support our distribution operations.

The position offers $20 per hour with potential benefits after 60 days, opportunities for travel, paid training, and a culture focused on high performance and internal growth.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; pace is fast and physical.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials vary.
• Warehouse experience preferred, but training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods and perform picking and sorting.
• Audit, repack, palletize and maintain clean work area.
• Follow site leadership directions and safety guidelines.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
