Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, and general housekeeping. You will work in a fast-paced environment and help ensure accurate fulfillment and efficient operations.

Candidates should be comfortable with physical tasks (lifting 25-75 lbs) and possess a strong work ethic. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training is provided for the right person.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting 25–75 lbs.
• Fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select items, and palletize as needed.
• Audit, repack, sort, and maintain warehouse cleanliness as directed by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
