Qualifications

• Basic reading and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Able to follow instructions and manage time in a fast-paced warehouse.

• Follow supervisor instructions and work with the team.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support receiving and general warehouse operations. Duties include receiving shipments, verifying packing lists and purchase orders, barcode scanning, inventory/WMS updates, shipping, stocking, order pulling, material handling, and loading/unloading trucks.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify items, quantities, packing lists, and purchase orders.
• Use the WMS for receiving and inventory-related activities.
• Perform barcode scanning, serial number verification, and report discrepancies.
• Assist with shipping, stocking, order pulling, loading, and unloading.
• Operate powered and non-powered material-handling equipment after training.
• Complete and process required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Follow OSHA, safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Follow instructions from the Warehouse Supervisor/Team Lead and work effectively with the team.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, or 1 year of warehouse experience with the company.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to accurately complete paperwork.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and reach.
• Must be a reliable team player with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
